Rolling Ball Sculpture #24 - Watch Video

This is the first in a series of globe shaped sculptures featuring our solar system. This one named »sun» as it features »sun» coloured 25mm marbles. The sculpture has three tracks incorporating two spirals, loops, and a 3-ball multiple tipping arm. Dimensions are 550mm x 550mm x 550mm and the helical lift to return the marbles to the top is powered by a 12V DC motor. Approximately 8-10 marbles gives the sculpture a great »heartbeat».
